Refund & Return Policy

At SKINETIC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be processed.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts

  • Have the original invoice or proof of purchase

Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Used machines or equipment

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery

  • Consumable items or accessories once opened

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or repair.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
